Installation of wet trailer hitch assembly. My son Michael brought the new Subaru Ascent in to have the trailer hitch assembly which we ordered as part of the new car purchase installed. The service department made arrangements to have Lyft shuttle him back home until the job was completed and then Lyft was summoned again to shuttle him back to the dealership to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly and the whole experience was great. Will definitely return for future service. More

My most recent visit was less than satisfactory. When I looked over the summation of the work completed I noticed the service department failed to complete a service I had ordered.
