Everything is always very good here. I’ve never had a good experience at Ganley for service, I would highly recommend to go somewhere else. Very dissatisfied! From the beginning when I drove into your Service Area to have my shattered front windshield replaced to my current day Oil Change and Tire Rotation! Throughout this time, I have received ONLY outstanding service! I sincerely know that when I come to Ganley Westside I will receive professional attention with a sense of 'family' .... A very large part of this Excellence of Quality is due to Ray Korfhage. He truly cares about the 'Quality of Service' and the 'Personal Commitment of 'Excellence' he demands of himself and other employees. Ray's high standards clearly affects his customers loyalty to him and Subaru. Without people like Ray, this dealership would just be 'another place to go to have your vehicle serviced.' He C.A.R.E.S. ........... he educates his customers, he takes the time to inform his customers what the 'facts' are and the 'possible options available' ....as well as, the 'outcome' based on the decision made.
