Recently I noticed a small bit of trim was loose on my ‘22 Tucson, so I made appointment to have it looked at. After waiting (I was early for my appointment) I was informed that my car was ready. A little ‘22 Tucson, so I made appointment to have it looked at. After waiting (I was early for my appointment) I was informed that my car was ready. A little confused I asked what the charge was. I was informed there was no charge as the fix for the trim was fairly easy. This is how dealers can earn customer satisfaction and to get them to return. By performing simple fixes for no charge. I was also surprised to see they had taken the car thru the wash! More

We were wowed with the friendliness and efficiency of our service experience. They said about an hour for the express oil change/tire rotation, and they were right!
