Very accommodating - Jazmin was able to get my car in and my daughter’s car in on short notice the week of Christmas. My daughter was only in town for the holiday and it was important to me that her car be my daughter’s car in on short notice the week of Christmas. I got a letter from Hyundai about a recall. The temporary fix is a software update that hyundai couldn’t do over the air. I spoke with customer service who weren’t aware of the recall or update, in fact, they didn’t seem to realize the ioniq 6 is not an ioniq 5. I scheduled the work, but they had to reschedule. We rescheduled. Everyone was courteous and the update got done. I know there are not many ioniq 6s on the road, so I need to adjust expectations that the dealership and staff will be aware of them and any news. More
