I brought my car in for a defective wheel bearing, the incompetent mechanic said nothing was wrong. The scheduled appointment clearly stated customer thought there was a bad bearing. So I took my car to C incompetent mechanic said nothing was wrong. The scheduled appointment clearly stated customer thought there was a bad bearing. So I took my car to Conrads, sure enough, the wheel was shaking, I shook it myself while up on the lift. So i paid $500 to have Conrads replace the wheel bearing, when Ganley should have replaced the bad bearing for free because the car is still under warranty (30,000 miles). Ganley is a criminal enterprise. I have other examples, such as Ganley adding a market adjustment fee to the purchase of my auto during Covid ($3,000). Their sales were down due to new cars not being available to sell, but they still had fixed costs of running the business so they made up a fake charge. More
