After having a awful experience at a dealership in Brunswick, we left there and we thought we would give Ganley North Olmsted a try. All I can say is WOW! Boy am I glad we did! It was like night and day!! We just purchased a new vehicle for my husband. Our salesman was Cesar. Cesar was awesome to work with while picking out our vehicle. He listened to all our wants and needs. Was super positive to work with. He made sure to explain all features of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. It was such a pleasure to work with him I have already returned to work on my new lease car with him after my husband’s truck purchase. Super impressed with Cesar as well as every other person we worked with at Ganley North Olmsted. It is definitely a well oiled machine. Everyone I encountered up to management was customer focused and kind. I have never been treated so well at any other dealership I have ever visited.
