Everything was great except the finance guy didn’t submit our loan to VW for almost 3 weeks and I had to call him before he did it! We didn’t get the paperwork for the plates until the day they expired whic our loan to VW for almost 3 weeks and I had to call him before he did it! We didn’t get the paperwork for the plates until the day they expired which was extremely inconvenient. Also, no one ever contacted my insurance company like they said they would. After 2 weeks I contacted them to switch the insurance over. People were nice but lacked follow through. I hope you guys can get it together over there. Kind of seemed unprofessional. More
