Got the year of the car wrong. Told us the car was being sold as new and gave us a used car rate. Chris wasn't there at the time we had set for our meeting and made us wait. Bob in Told us the car was being sold as new and gave us a used car rate. Chris wasn't there at the time we had set for our meeting and made us wait. Bob in finance had many things wrong that we had to point out to him, like the actual price of the car. And we had to wait for him as well. We got there at 4 and didn't get out until almost dark. I will never go back and will tell everyone our story. There is more that was wrong but why bother as nothing will come of it. I am trying not to waste my time on this anymore. More
