I appreciate the customer service and support the I received at Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted. I had a concern about my 2024 Subaru Outback and I feel from the service manger Mark to the service cent received at Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted. I had a concern about my 2024 Subaru Outback and I feel from the service manger Mark to the service center clerk Christopher and the entire team that worked on my car I received the best service I ever had in my years of being a customer anywhere! Mark took his time to explain in detail how the service technicians handled my car and made time for my questions and concerns. Christopher made sure I was extremely kind and curious from start to finish. I cannot say enough about this team! I am a forever customer because of these two gentlemen!
