I came in looking for a particular used Jetta, but discovered it had been sold the day before. Yasser was very patient in showing me a used GLI and letting my wife and I come to the decision to spend discovered it had been sold the day before. They lost my title to my trade in, I had to make several trips back to the dealership to have them arrange for a new title or they would charge me for my trade in, they screwed up the financing and subseque trips back to the dealership to have them arrange for a new title or they would charge me for my trade in, they screwed up the financing and subsequently my credit.
