I am so pleased with the service I receive at Ganley Hyundai. My car was used and I did not purchase it there. I took it to them for service one day since they were close and I will never go anywhere Hyundai. My car was used and I did not purchase it there. This dealership not only has my service business for as long as I have this car, but they will also have my business when I purchase my next car. The dealership is clean and the people are friendly. The waiting area is great and there is a computer I can use to log in to work and get my stuff done while I am waiting for service. I can't say enough about Chris and how well he treats me when I come in. He is friendly and explains everything to me and answers all of my questions. I will recommend this dealership and service department to anyone I can. Great job! More

Ben was very helpful and attentive to any questions / needs that we had during our visit. His follow-up was very timely and he event sent a note after the purchase wishing me well with my new VW. Tom was very friendly and helpful. It took a long time to get the financing done because you we're short a finance manager, which was a bit painful. The finance manager we worked with was great, he was j to get the financing done because you we're short a finance manager, which was a bit painful. The finance manager we worked with was great, he was just stretched very thin and we didn't leave the dealership until 10pm and had arrived at 6:15pm. Also, I had emailed a Woody, a salesman, because he was another contact I had via my employer. He was by short and give me a very negative impression of your dealership. But Tom turned that around with his quick responses, friendliness, and had everything read for me when I walked In the door; he had the car pulled and waiting for me. More

The overall experience was a good one. My only complaint is that the 3 1/2 hours it took to complete all paperwork, if feel, was excessive.
