Both Sales Professional (Tara) and Manager (Rob) were very helpful and supportive in meeting our needs. The one aspect I would say was less desirable was the sales technique used to sell the extended wa very helpful and supportive in meeting our needs. The one aspect I would say was less desirable was the sales technique used to sell the extended warranty. I simply don't agree with having to make an immediate decision on any product of that magnitude of cost. I know this is 'standard' practice at most dealers, but if you want to differentiate your service you would come up with another approach. Frankly, that was the only negative of the entire process we had. Now that I got to Step 4, I feel the need to add an additional complaint. The fact that i need to create an account on DealerRater in order to provide feedback is ridiculous! More
