Had a recurring problem that I tried to fix on my own several times. After explaining it on the phone, they knew it was a common problem and told me to drop it off. The service department was so kind to take a look at my windshield wipers and why they were not releasing fluid, although the problem could have most likely been that the fluid was just frozen. I was glad they did find the issue though, because it turned out a part needed replacing. Usually, I hate waiting around for a mechanic to finish my car, but I never mind here because of the nice lounge they have. I sat in a comfy leather chair and read a book I had with me. The gentleman who checked me in came in to explain what was going on. When I told him I had a few questions, he sat down and took the time to answer all of them. This took me by surprise, because usually everyone is too busy to take the time to stop and sit with you to make sure you get the advice you need. I feel well cared for when I visit this service center. More
I dropped off my car for my one year check-up. I rolled right into the shop via their automatic garage door, which was nice because you don't have to walk in the cold and ice. After returning to the shop to pick up my car, it was fully finished with all service points checked, with a car wash included...a very nice bonus. I was in & out in no time, and it was an overall great experience. I can't imagine it running any smoother. I could feel my car run better with the oil change, tire rotation, etc. Thanks! More

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Two gentlemen greeted us outside in the parking lot and one of them introduced us to Keith who then ended up helping us for the duration of our time. Ben is a very trustworthy guy who really knows his stuff about the makes and models on site and so was very adept at helping me select a car. He listened to what was important to me as a former Volvo owner about the makes and models on site and so was very adept at helping me select a car. He listened to what was important to me as a former Volvo owner (safety, reliability, and value) and steared me first toward a Volkswagaon and then toward a model (the Passat) that fit our needs. He helped me see the benefits of investing in a VW that had enough bells and whistles to keep me happy for several years. I came in leaning toward a Subaru legacy or Hyundai Sonata and left feeling very happy about the VW, which I have a new respet for. I couldn't' the happier with my choice. Ben helped make the overall process of trading in a car and finding and then buying a new one relatively painless. We got in done in less than a day. It was great to be able to bring the car home and have my wife and kids try it out. We also met with the finance guy, Chris! who did a nice job informing us about options and answering my questions about timelines and plans. The guys got the car detailed and ready for us to go right away, I will definitely recommend Ganley and Ben to my family and friends. I was speaking with someone right after entering the dealership, initial service was very quick. The sales person (Lennox West) was very knowledgable about the cars he was selling as well as the pros an dealership, initial service was very quick. The sales person (Lennox West) was very knowledgable about the cars he was selling as well as the pros and cons of competitor's cars vs the Subaru Legacy I was looking at. I was originally going to purchase a 2014 Toyota Corolla (still a very nice car), but after walking into the Subaru dealership I ended up with a Subaru Legacy at a very competitive price and I could not be happier with my decision. The car handles excellently in inclement weather and is very spacious for someone of my height (6'1"). More
