In sales, they really listened to what I wanted, and never wasted my time by showing me a car that THEY thought I should drive. I went to a few other dealerships, and they consistently tried to take me never wasted my time by showing me a car that THEY thought I should drive. I went to a few other dealerships, and they consistently tried to take me out of my price range and offer me vehicles that were nothing like what I showed interest in. I'm not sure why I would even look at another car, this is my 6th VW, and nothing compares after all of my test driving. The sales department has been great, too. I had to have a 2nd key programed for my car. They shuttled me to and from the mall. When my daughter lost her stuffed animal in the shuttle van, they found it and kept it until I was able to go back. I love that my car was washed, too. I highly recommend this dealership. You don't know what you're missing if you've never driven a VW! More
I've been dealing with Ganley for a few years as I've had four VWs and made it clear I won't drive anything else. They recognized how much I love Volkswagen, respected the fact that I'm a loyal customer, and went to bat for me and got me the best deal possible for my particular challenges. It took us over an hour to get to the dealership. This was not the first vehicle we purchased from this dealership and Subaru. Salesman Mike Vanderhoff was very good. As soon as I pulled into the service area and got out of my car I was immediately taken care of. I explained that it was a one moonth check up but was advised to wait til service contacted me since I do not my car I was immediately taken care of. I explained that it was a one moonth check up but was advised to wait til service contacted me since I do not put many miles on a car. After it was checked over, nothing need to be taken care, it was wasshed and I asked Chris if he could show me how to open the trunk as I was having lots of trouble. He did and now I am a happy camper, as s my family as I do not have to ask them to open it. Chris said to come in any time I needed to ask a question or need some re-education on what to do with one of the features. My VW and myself were happy campers. More

I needed to have a wheel repaired and my hubcap put back on after hitting a pot hole (it has been a long winter in Cleveland). I went in to the service center concerned about how much this would cost and h on after hitting a pot hole (it has been a long winter in Cleveland). I went in to the service center concerned about how much this would cost and how long it would take. As usual, the team at Ganley made me comfortable and worked quickly to resolve my problem. Chris answered all the questions I had and when he came over to tell me my car was done (much sooner than I had expected) he brought good news, that the team was able to repair my existing wheel and I was all set to go. Therefore the cost was much less than I had anticipated (dreaded) plus I had received a coupon in the mail which I was able to use (that always helps!). As I was leaving I realized that my back window wiper blade needed to be replaced (my car was already outside)...I went back in and told Chris and he got a blade and while I checked out he replaced it himself and I was on my way quickly...with a clean and happy car. What great service and a good experience all around, not something you would expect to hear about getting your car serviced! Thank you Ganley. More

From the moment I walked in everyone was courteous, kind, friendly and helpful! Victoria was sweet and very informative. I had a nail in my tire and Victoria did a great job explaining why it had to be rep friendly and helpful! Victoria was sweet and very informative. I had a nail in my tire and Victoria did a great job explaining why it had to be replaced, what options and cost was available and helpful when I requested to have the spare put on for now. Victoria helped me problem solve and make a decision I was comfortable with. Every time I asked for information, she quickly retrieved it for me and explained it well. The service was quick and I was on my way. When I had to bring my car back the next day, the experience was the same. Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at Ganley. I definitely am happy that this is my go to dealership now. I like the change of the express desk and Victoria is the perfect person to be there. Thanks for a great experience. More
