This was my very first time purchasing a car on my own, and I anticipated an 'arm wrestling' match like already occurred at another VW dealer, Spitzer in Amherst to be exact. The process at Ganley VW was efficient, price on new car was reasonable, and they gave me a reasonable trade in value on my old car. We were even under a time crunch, and he was able to finish us up with 20 minutes to spare. And I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of family members looking to purchase by summer. Thanks Craig! We will definitely be back, at least for some more of that hot chocolate:) More
