Headliner Replacement Although the original service person dropped the ball on getting our headliner replacement underway before he left Ganley, the replacement service adv Although the original service person dropped the ball on getting our headliner replacement underway before he left Ganley, the replacement service adviser did everything necessary to get the job done. We fought VW of America and VW Germany for over 6 months to replace our headliner in our '07 Jetta Wolfsburg with only a offer from them to replace parts while we pay $500 in labor. The job took longer than expected and they were able to cut our co-payment almost in half which was an unexpected surprise. More

First free maintenance Came in for first free maintenance (although was not needed since I only had 2,000 miles on car) and they did oil change (which I kind of thought was Came in for first free maintenance (although was not needed since I only had 2,000 miles on car) and they did oil change (which I kind of thought was unnecessary for such low mileage, did it just the same (I think they should have told me to wait until later) and they checked everything else on the car which was fine and then (at my request) they washed the vehicle and I left but the whole thing took over 75 minutes which I think was a little long but maybe they were very busy although I was only the second person there. I only saw one person and I can't remember his name but I waited at the desk for about 8 minutes until someone took care of me because one other person was there and they couldn't find his appointment on the computer for some kind of mirror that he was having put on so when someone else came in to the desk he took care of me right away and then he said it would take about 45-60 minutes and it wound up taking 75 minutes which seemed really long (luckily I had a book with me). I'm sorry I'm not good with names because the gentleman was very nice but I really feel the maintenance visit was unnecessary since the mileage was so low and no oil change was necessary and they could see that on my Hyundai monthly report or when they went out to look at the car and advised me.
