I worked with Joel Giacomo and he found me the vehicle I was looking for at one of their other locations and personally drove to their Aurora dealership (an hour away) to get it for me. He was very low pressure, went above and beyond my expectations & found me the Jeep I was looking for at the price point I was able to spend. He was more than patient with me as I was in no hurry to buy a new vehicle and it was nice for him to follow up with me on multiple occasions to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Salesman was great; Poor management and long wait in finance Our salesman was great. We scheduled an appointment to return a lease for another vehicle. We had a deal done in a little over an hour. Then....the Our salesman was great. We scheduled an appointment to return a lease for another vehicle. We had a deal done in a little over an hour. Then....the wait began. We waited from 2:30PM until 6PM before we were seen in finance to finalize the transaction. Absolutely ridiculous. The excuse we were given was that they received a new shipment of cars that had to be check in. Who cares? Take care of the customer first. Once we signed the papers, the customer service flew out the window. The showroom manager was not of any help. Keith Rivers was a pleasure to work with but no customer service after the sale. More

In my opinion,this does not reflect well on the sales team and their commitment to transparency in lieu of a sale. I ended up paying a lot more than I intended to, and I wish the dealership had been more upfront about it. As a first time buyer, you need to ask all the right questions before committing. I understand sales targets are important, but so is making sure the customer also gets what they asked for More
First time maintenance Called to schedule appt. for 8 month checkup was told didn't need an appt. for that and also didn't need oil change. Had only 4000 miles on car. Came in a few days later. Was told by service I needed an oil change. That was fine. Told him I had a warranty! I didn't have a coupon. Don't remember ever getting a coupon book. He told me how much it was going to cost! I said fine but not understanding! So I went out in showroom and asked Tom Mathews if he could find out what kind of warranty I had purchased. He did and my warranty cover everything! No charge for oil change! Why couldn't the service dept. find that out! They were willing to charge me $$! I really think for the service dept when they type in your name all info should show up! Including I had warranty! Thanks to Tom Mathews for turning me on to my car last year! And for helping me out with the warranty issue. I really love my car! Best car I've owned! More
