I’ve been leasing Subarus for 10 years I didn’t close the deal at the time came back a month later and the price was considerably higher with no explanation, left kind of a bad taste. I think what happened was they were being overly generous because of the amount of time I had spent with Subaru in the first appointment and for some reason decided to take everything black-and-white the second time. my husband and I have both been leasing Subarus for over 10 years. That’s two cars every three years and I think initially they were going to give me a break because of it and decided not to. More

The representatives we worked with Didn’t do our paperwork correctly for our trade-in. We had two Hyundai leases that were up. One was supposed to be processed as a trade in and we agreed to get ano paperwork correctly for our trade-in. We had two Hyundai leases that were up. One was supposed to be processed as a trade in and we agreed to get another Hyundai to offset the mileage overages with the trade in. Our paperwork wasn’t done correctly after we communicated everything with our salesperson. We signed not realizing it was lease turn in papers. The whole experience was a mess. Very disappointed.
