Having visited many dealerships over the last 6 months to buy/lease cars for our just graduating college children, I came in ready for another terrible experience with more dishonest people trying to take advantage. Wow, was I surprised! I initially talked with Evan on the phone and explained that I had a firm budget that I could not exceed. He assured me that you could help. When I arrived he greeted me and introduced me to Rachel. Rachel was great with my son and I. She knew everything about the Outback and geared the conversation to my son and his needs. Honestly, I have been buying Honda/Acura vehicles for over 40 years. I wish I had known more about Subaru prior. Not only would I have steered my other kids in your direction, but my husband and I will be back for ourselves to be sure when the time comes! Thank you all so much! More
