We had a very good relationship with Scott W. He was so attentive to our needs and expectations. When he said he was going to return calls or have answers he did. Enjoyed working with him. Sarah was unprof attentive to our needs and expectations. When he said he was going to return calls or have answers he did. Enjoyed working with him. Sarah was unprofessional including dressing inappropriately. When she was not able to talk us into extras including gap insurance she became agitated and unkind. She ended up messing up our paperwork and tried to blame us and the bank for her error. I am assuming Ganley stepped in and corrected her error in our favor. We have had good experiences with this dealer in the past and continue to do so. More
