I had already spoke to Grant on the phone and told each of them that I was expected, but didn't have a set appointment. Grant knew what I wanted and showed me all my options, without pressuring me into anything. He was well informed about the vehicle. He was not pushing or obnoxious, at all. His manager, Mike and Luke, in Finance were also very nice and helpful. I asked Grant to find out about a couple of accessories I was considering (it was late on the weekend), so Monday morning he had called with the information. When he says "is there anything else, or any questions" he means it and follows through! Thank you! More
