When I got my new car it was not detailed or even washed. My compensation for this was one free car wash, not acceptable. When it was in for service the job was not completed. I had an issue with the Title because they had my address wrong. I brought this to their attention & was assured it would not be a problem. Just days before my temporary tag expired I was dealing with the issue myself. Our salesman & the woman that helped us with a Title problem were the only ones who were polite & helpful. Everyone else was shady & rude. The service manager I got stuck dealing with was insulting & mocking me. This is not how you should treat a customer or conduct a business. I will be going elsewhere for all future service. More
