Overall my experience was pretty seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Jon, who was super helpful and easy to work with. He was approachable, and answered all my questions. He also did not make me feel pressured in the slightest. My only complaint is that once I was speaking with the Finance Manager, that is where I felt the pressure. I understand it is part of the job to sell the extended warranties, however my decision to decline such warranties should be respected. The Finance Manager’s whole attitude changed towards me as soon as she realized I wasn’t interested. Her generally warm initial demeanor became cold and uninviting and I was counting down the minutes until I could get out of her office. This was not how I wanted to end the generally good experience I had with Jon, but who knows, maybe I caught her on a bad day. More
