Getting the paper work completed in a timely maner is a serious issue. We were told our title would be mailed in a week...that was Sept 2 now it is Sept 22 no title hence no ability to get license plates w serious issue. We were told our title would be mailed in a week...that was Sept 2 now it is Sept 22 no title hence no ability to get license plates which has seriously delayed our fall trip since we plan to be gone beyond the date on our temporary plates. No one has called to notify us of the reason for the delay in getting the title work mailed. Not happy with this phase of the service. More
