I had a concern about my 2024 Subaru Outback and I feel from the service manger Mark to the service cent received at Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted. I had a concern about my 2024 Subaru Outback and I feel from the service manger Mark to the service center clerk Christopher and the entire team that worked on my car I received the best service I ever had in my years of being a customer anywhere! Mark took his time to explain in detail how the service technicians handled my car and made time for my questions and concerns. Christopher made sure I was extremely kind and curious from start to finish. I cannot say enough about this team! I am a forever customer because of these two gentlemen! Was surprised with the response with an issue regarding an air leaking tire in my Subaru Ascent. However things were straightened out and I am satisfied. I am disappointed with the tires wearing out so fast on such an expensive vehicle. I have a dealer warning on the tread with tires only at 23K miles. These tires should last at least 50K miles. The tires have been rotated 2 times since my lease started in June of 2023. How long should tires last? Guide to How Long A Tire Lasts On average, people drive between 12,000 to 15,000 miles a year, which means the average good quality all-season tire will last somewhere between three and five years, depending on maintenance, driving style and conditions, etc. More
