I had a great experience here. It started with me dropping off my old VW for service and ended with me taking home a brand new Jetta a few days later. Chris from the service department was great, dropping off my old VW for service and ended with me taking home a brand new Jetta a few days later. Chris from the service department was great, him giving me a loaner is what sold me on the new car. His communication from when I dropped my car off up to when I picked the new car up was great. Greg and Carlo were also great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. As far as the dealership itself I think it was very welcoming and clean. Will recommended for anyone looking for a new or used car. Will also be going back for each and every service need I have. More

I had a very good experience buying a vehicle from Ganley Hyundai Volkswagon from Chris Whitt. For two weeks I test drove probably 20 cars going back and forth with what type of car I wanted. Chris was always friendly and patient in dealing with my constant changes in the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. He always gave me many different options to look at and suggestions on what not be a good idea. The website was helpful but I will say the one major negative was the constant pop up of an assistant trying to help with finding what you're looking for. It was very annoying and it got to the point where I stop looking because it was such a bother to keep closing the window to actually look at cars from page to page. I would suggest to make changes to that part of the website. I would definitely come back to buy another vehicle from Chris In the future if I wanted to purchase another vehicle. More

Heather did a great job showing us several used cars that we were interested in. She was very patient as we kept asking to see additional cars and she had to find them for us to test drive. The car I bought hadn't been cleaned or detailed but I drove it anyway. Heather assured me the car would be immaculate when I picked it up on Wednesday and she was right. The service dept. did a great job. Only negatives were they were not willing to deal and only offered a discount if the car was financed. And the car was supposed to have a full tank of gas when I picked it up and after driving 18 miles I got a "needs fuel" warning. I notified the dealer but haven't heard back. Anyhow, it is a good dealership. More
