My experience with Janice was great she communicated well and kept me informed. I picked up my brand new 2021 Elantra on Saturday April 10. Sunday I was putting my stuff back in my car when I discovered tha and kept me informed. I picked up my brand new 2021 Elantra on Saturday April 10. Sunday I was putting my stuff back in my car when I discovered that my car was extremely dirty I sent Janice a number of pictures. Inside the passenger side door there was what looked like to me white paint it was hard and I could chip it off. Where the windshield wipers lay that was dirty, the front end and back end of the car the bottom pieces were so dirty, inside the trunk the side pieces were dirty, there was dirt inside the driver's side, by the seat belt on the ceiling unbelievable how dirt got up there. I started cleaning it up then I stopped I was so frustrated why I got my car looking this way. I sent Janice an email she said bring it back in and they will fix the problem. So i had to give up part of my day off on Friday the 16th. They worked on my car I was still not satisfied I thought they would do the whole car inside and out, no they didn't. I thought they would vacuum the dirt on my floor mat on the driver's side but they didn't i was not happy about that and there was few more issues so Janice took it back to get it fixed again. In the mean time I talked to the manager that was there named Kevin I showed him the pictures and told him how upsetting this was to me. So I asked him how they were going to make this right he asked me what I had in mind, I said either make my first month's payment, lower my monthly payments, something to make It right i should not of had to come back to get my car cleaned!!! So Kevin said he would call me the following week either Monday or Tuesday never heard from him i even left a message on Saturday the 24th. Never heard from him so unprofessional so aggravating. So Monday the 26th I called for a manager higher than Kevin, left a message I believe his name was John never heard anything two days later I called again left another message for him, this time another manager Mike called me I worked with him and Janice when starting the process of getting my car. He was not very helpful he offered me a free detailing for my car, not good enough he basically said that's all I would be offered. He said he would escalate it leave a message for a higher manager, and I still have not been called!!!!!!! Making me wait is making the situation even worse and very unprofessional. I would think a big company like this should do better with their customer service than I have been getting!!! I want to be called ASAP! With an answer on how you are going to fix this problem. My car was not a little dirty as Mike put it was extremely filthy!!!! I should never gotten my car looking like this!! I hope to hear from someone in the next couple days!! Jenny More
