Went to test drive a used Subaru. Worked with Bosko. He was extremely rude and condescending. I have never been treated that way before by any service industry. I have never written a review before (good or bad) but was so shocked at his behavior, I felt compelled to write one. It was disappointing as I had previously purchased a new VW Jetta from Ganley west side in 2004 and had an excellent experience. Needless to say I did not purchase a vehicle from him. I still want a Subaru so will probably purchase from Brunswick or Carvana. Rated Ganley a 3/5 as I had a good experience there in the past. More
