Everyone is a professional and we were comfortable working with Chris. He explained everything and had great follow up. The reason for the 4 star, when we picked up our car which was brought in from working with Chris. He explained everything and had great follow up. Ganley did not go over the car before we arrived and if they had they would have noticed it was broken. They did set up an appointment for the repair. More
