This was an email I sent to the dealership. I did not receive a response: Good morning, I wanted to touch base regarding the 2019 Outback that I picked up yesterday from Ganley Subaru. I love the receive a response: Good morning, I wanted to touch base regarding the 2019 Outback that I picked up yesterday from Ganley Subaru. I love the car and will be happy with it for many years, however I was quite disappointed in the service that I received. I am planning on writing a review sometime next week regarding the points below, but felt it would be fair to let you know ahead of time in case you wanted to correct what you are able to. 1. The inside of the car was not well cleaned. My husband and I have bought many cars in the 30 years we have been together, some new and some used. This was by far the least clean of them all. I have attached pictures. I sold a 2015 Tahoe with 175,000 miles to Carvana the day before. I took the time to clean that car correctly. The man that met us to check over it commented that the car practically looked new. 2. The fuel light came on on my way home from your dealership. I live in Avon. I think that is terrible. 3. I planned on financing some of the car from an outside source. The finance manager called me and was able to beat the rate so I was happy to switch. However, in our meeting I expressed that I was not going to purchase the extra warranty and he said he wasn't trying to sell me anything, but he had to go through certain things. As he went through them, I declined them. His comment to me was "do you understand that for x amount you'd have blah blah blah". My response was "this is from the man that wasn't going to try to sell me anything." He had a snarky comment back so at the point I replied let's just get this done or something to that affect. I'm sure I had a tone. I had told him I just wanted to sign the papers and move on. I would have been fine at that point, however, after paying the cashier for the car I went to find my saleswoman and the finance manager was at her desk. As Sherry walked me out she mentioned that I must be in a hurry and just want to get out of here. I don't appreciate the unprofessional behavior. Again, I love the Outback and plan on taking the time to clean it myself, but wanted to give you the opportunity to respond before doing it and before writing a review of the dealership.
