we have been part of the Hyundai Family for 20 year all previously in Florida(Jenkins Hyundai) and this is the first time that the buying/leasing experience was really great. My salesman C.J.Swander is ass previously in Florida(Jenkins Hyundai) and this is the first time that the buying/leasing experience was really great. My salesman C.J.Swander is assuredly the best of the best. Met him 4 months ago when I brought my 2020 Tuscon in for service and saw a book with the HYUNDAI SANTA CRUZ on it. He took the time to tell me all he knew about it and I told him I might be back. Both my wife and I saw a number of u-tube videos on the Santa Cruz so I called the dealer ship and got C.J. and told him I was interested and asked if they had any , He replied yes and invited us down.When we got there He had a Santa Cruz out and invited us to drive it. My Queen(wife) loved it and so did I . C.J. went over ALL THE FEATURES,and explained them in detail. Both us were sold. We picked out our color and options and decided to lease it and had C.J. order it for us. He crunched the numbers,noticed I was a Viet Nam veteran and made sure My service discount was applied. We were given an approximate deliver date . Much to our surprise the Santa Cruz came in weeks early and C.J. called us and asked if we would like the car earlier than we expected. Naturally we were on the way to get it. The Delivery process was so much different than we had experienced before on ANY previous acquisition . C.J Started at the front and we worked our way all the way to the back bumper. He explained the controls ,electronics,and all facets of the vehicle, and he made sure we understood and if we didn't he went back and made sure we were properly informed. He also made sure we could come back down to the dealer to go over anything we we not sure of ,Gave us his personal cell number and said any questions call him. This was, like I previously said , THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE OF GETTING A NEW CAR. The Finance was smooth and no problems. This Young man is a valuable asset to your dealership , I was a sales man and sales manager for 30 years and wish I would have been able to find his caliber of sales man when I was hiring.
