Have purchased numerous vehicles from Ganley Westside Imports. I went to lease a new car at possibly the worst time. Everywhere I looked, dealers were charging me hundreds of extra dollars a month, with thousands of dollars down, just for a standard car. I had given up hope.. and then I thought, why not, let's check out a Hyundai Venue. Of course the car is great, cute, definitely my style. But the service was the best I've had at any car dealership I've been to. Any anxiety/ annoyance that typically accompanies me when I try doing anything with a car, walked out the door when I sat down with CJ. I hate to say it (I hate doing anything with cars), but I actually had fun there with him- great sense of humor, very patient in working with me and my questions, and he stayed after business hours to answer questions my dad had about a separate car, with no complaints. This is what a car buying/leasing experience should be like. There was no pressure by CJ or the rest of the staff, into doing something I didn't want to do. There were no games- yes, CJ definitely worked to get me a price I liked, but there was no haggling (which I HATE). I mentioned I wanted heated seats one time at the very beginning- when I got my prices back for the car, the heated seats were already included in there. Seems like a little thing, but meant a lot- CJ listened and accommodated. It also has to be said that I came in on a Sunday afternoon, after the last Saturday of the month, so I know everyone was probably tired, but they didn't act like I was a bother at all. Top of the line experience, cannot say enough good things about it. Even if the deal wasn't so great (which it is- honestly worth every penny, roadside assistance and repairs are included with my monthly payment, free oil/fluid changes, among many other perks for the lowest price I've seen between several other dealerships and car brands), I would still have nothing but great things to say about this place! Service was impeccable, and I know it takes an army, but CJ was the absolute best. I will recommend him and this dealership to everyone I know looking for a car. THANK YOU CJ! (and the rest of the staff who assisted me). More

This was by far the most hassle-free transaction for a car I have ever gone through. Everyone was professional and accommodating, especially salesperson Dylan Cairelli and finance rep Ben Stroh. The asking price for the car was fair under today’s circumstances and Dylan was able to accommodate my preference for the monthly payment amount. I was dreading having to endure the full-court press for add-one, but it never came. The only one was for an extended warranty that raised the monthly payment by a trivial amount. I will gladly recommend this dealership to people I know who might be looking to get a car. More
