After we bought the car when we came to pick it up with an appointment the sales man had made another appointment at same time so we had to sit a hour waiting. And when I called him he let it go to voicemail and then called and text late in the night and say he was busy and couldn’t take my call or call me back. I still don’t have paperwork for the protection. And have had the car 30 days and under 300 miles and it’s In The shop battery has died 2 times and now they have to order a new battery and it’s going to take a week for it to come in So I’m not happy More

Longer wait than I expected. Work done as scheduled though did not need tire rotation - had recently installed winter tires. I do like the service at Ken Ganley Westside Imports but some of the recommendations are confusing. For instance, on 8/4/24 the multipoint inspection indicated that my front breaks were in the yellow but o some of the recommendations are confusing. For instance, on 8/4/24 the multipoint inspection indicated that my front breaks were in the yellow but on 12/27/24 it said they are in the green. Also I had an issue with my car pulling to the right and left and was told I need new tires and an alignment. Turns out it was because a feature that I didn't even know I had (lane correction) was accidentally turned on in my car. I discovered the problem by googling and turned it off, and all was well. So I have not yet reached a point of trust with the recommendations being made. More
