I really like the new Atlas and ended up buying one. I met with Matt Geraci who was the salesman that was very insightful and helpful. I went in on a day when he was not there to do a second test drive and informed the sales manager about Matt. He asked another salesman to help me with the test drive. When I came back we discussed buying the car. I was asked to come back the next day to complete the paperwork with the new salesman. Part of the deal was the Blackout Package which was done after market because they no longer offer one through VW. I called a couple of times about picking up my car and did not receive a call back, it was more than the 5 days they told me. When I called about picking up my car over a week later, I did not get any responses. After calling yet again, the phone was answered by Matt, original salesman, and he was shocked to hear that I had bought the car. No one told him that had happened and from speaking with another salesman there, I learned that they do not share a commission if someone helps out another salesman. Just mot the right way to do business. Matt was generous enough to walk me through all the features of the car when i was finally able to pick it up. I was content with the work they did, but my driver and front passenger side windows were not tinted as it was stated to me by the new salesman. I picked up the car on a cloudy and rainy day, so I did not notice that day that the front windows were not tinted as it was explained to me by the second salesman. I did call twice but have yet to receive a call back. I just feel a bit bamboozled about it. Like I said, matt was great and the car is awesome. In working with Sandi, she was pleasant and quick. I did get the feeling that she was trying to rush through the process, and simply checked off the boxes she needs to. Greg was the second salesman and I liked him. His communication before the ale was good, but after has been on-existent. Our last four cars were a BMW X5, Toyota Rav 4, Toyota 4 Runner, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee, each of the salesmen called me a couple of times within the first two months to check in. I have not received a call and I was already in for a minor computer issue. More

I have purchased my 2025 Hyundai Limited on February 10th. It was a pleasure working with Kyrstin, and I am very happy with the way my trade-in as well as my new vehicle was presented to me. Finance manager Louis Cheers was very pleasant to deal with as well, as I had told Kyrstin and him upfront not to bother with any kind of additional warranties and coverage as I was a cash buyer. Both had listened well and after signing the necessary papers to get my car registered and a title issued, I was in and out of Louis' office within 10 minutes. I have talked to someone from service about a question regarding the Blue Link app, and I think if I ever need service, I will be in good hands there as well. I am not happy that I had to get a whole new mirror on the passenger side when the only part that was broke was the cover. The turn signal light worked fine, the mirror defrosted and the signal that a car the passenger side when the only part that was broke was the cover. I haven't trusted your service dept. since I got a flat tire shortly after purchasing the car and I was told the tire couldn't be patched and I had to buy a new tire. My neighbor who's job was repairing tires on semi-trucks patched the tire and told me the dealership could have patched it safely too. More
