Good afternoon< I found working with you has been pleasant. My only concern has been I haven't been able to receive some information that I've requested. You repaired the front windshield which had a pleasant. My only concern has been I haven't been able to receive some information that I've requested. You repaired the front windshield which had a crack in it, and repaired the check engine light, both before we picked it up our Odessey. I've asked for the information about both of these items and have not gotten any paperwork on what was done, I also received only one key fob when we picked it up and was told that the previous owner had not given back both. I feel that after I've spent over $34,000 for this vehicle, I should not have to spend another $500 to get a second key fob. Please let me know what can be done to resolve these two problems.
