I went in yesterday ( sunny Saturday) for a rear break rotor/pad replacement and noticed my service report stated “car washed, that’s a free complimentary service”. This was not true. It was sunny and 50 rotor/pad replacement and noticed my service report stated “car washed, that’s a free complimentary service”. This was not true. It was sunny and 50 degrees when I left the dealership and I wondered why my car was not washed. I decided to wash it myself (brushless car wash) and noticed scratches on the rear bumper that WERE NOT THERE when I arrived for my rear break replacement appointment. I realized that’s why they did not wash my car. Their damage to my bumper would be obvious. The only good news is that my breaks appear to be working correctly. More
