Joe makes purchasing a new vehicle fun and easy I typically do not write reviews but, I felt compelled to share my experience. I feel bad that I put so much extra work on Joe, searching for the elus I typically do not write reviews but, I felt compelled to share my experience. I feel bad that I put so much extra work on Joe, searching for the elusive 2016 Jetta 1.8T Sport with LIGHTING PACKAGE ! Over a three (3) week period, Joe located three (3) cars within Ohio. Two (2) of them mysteriously disappeared over a weekend, the third one was all arranged between Joe and the trading dealer only to find out it was actually sold ! Joe then discovered the availability of one in the Chicago area. Joe made all of the arrangements and sent a driver to pick up the car at the Chicago area dealer on Friday, Feb 4th. When the driver arrived, nothing was done as promised to Joe by the trading dealer and the driver was forced to return back to Ohio. Joe had to send a driver back over to Chicago on Monday, Feb 29th and my new Jetta arrived at the Joe's dealership around 7PM ;) Joe and the entire staff had me in my car and driving home before closing ! Great experience purchasing 2016 Golf R This is the second car I purchased from Joe Walker at Bedford Ganley Volkswagen. That should already speak for itself. I had purchased my first car This is the second car I purchased from Joe Walker at Bedford Ganley Volkswagen. That should already speak for itself. I had purchased my first car from Joe in 2012 and had an excellent experience then. I wanted to get the Golf R and had no interest in purchasing it from anyone or anywhere else. Joe was able to secure my vehicle in the EXACT specification I wanted within 2 weeks which was no easy task as other prospective buyers have been waiting MONTHS. Joe kept in touch with me through email/text/phone every step of the way, including pictures of the car coming off the delivery truck and coordinating paperwork ahead of my arrival. By the time I arrived to complete the sale, the car was detailed, ready for a test drive, and all paperwork was set up and prepared for signatures. I was very happy with the sales price and the trade-in offer for my old ride. The whole sales process was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Everyone at the dealership, from sales to financing to the service department, has been pleasant and friendly from the day I purchased my first car there and was the same at the time of my new/recent purchase. I have to add that Joe has kept in touch with me on a regular basis since my first purchase in 2012. He has to be one of the top VW sellers. He is friendly, courteous, and patient. Joe has gone out of his way to assist my family and remained a consummate professional over the past four years. I can't speak highly enough of Joe and would recommend him to friends and family. I plan on going back to him in the future. More

I recently made the 230 mile round trip up to Ganley VW (from just south of Pittsburgh), because they had exactly what I was looking for in a late mod I recently made the 230 mile round trip up to Ganley VW (from just south of Pittsburgh), because they had exactly what I was looking for in a late model used VW at the very best price I could find on the Internet - and trust me, I looked around. Once I got there I was greeted by a very friendly staff, and was lucky enough to be able to work with Lloyd and Rex through the entire process. My overall experience was fantastic - I'd honestly have no problem making the drive up to Ganley again. I'm really enjoying my Jetta too. Thank you! Jim More
This is my 3rd transaction with Mr. Joe Walker! Joe has been an exceptional salesman over the past 6 years. I just leased my 3rd VW with him! Appalling customer service Ganley Motors January 20, 2016 On September 29, 2015 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from your company for $18,500. I traded in a 2012 Subaru Impr Ganley Motors January 20, 2016 On September 29, 2015 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from your company for $18,500. I traded in a 2012 Subaru Impreza. The cost with trade-in was $21,227.00. Included in my cost was a JMA Protection for $684. I was told that since I had so many damages on my car I should purchase it. JMA Protection is worthless for it only covers dents the size of a credit card, and not for scratches. I asked to have the cost of it taken off my payment, they say it is in process. I looked at the Compass car's features before purchase it listed: Four wheel drive capabilities. I took this to mean it was a 4 wheel drive car. I looked in the manual and is said the same thing. The listing said FWD, which I took to mean four wheel drive. On January 10, 2016 the first real snow, I tried 4 times to get up my drive and slid into the side of one of the 8 foot stone walls that surround both sides of my steep, 45 degree angle going up driveway. It left scratches on the right side of the car. Mr. Henry came out to my house to verify the looks of my drive and said it was treacherous. On January 11, 2016 I called your salesman Lloyd Henry and said something is drastically wrong with the four wheeldrive on the Compass, it doesn't work. I need to have a real four wheel drive. I went out to look at a Jeep Wrangler Sport 2012, at Deacons and the price for it would have been, if I put down $2000, $490. per month with my trade-in. While there, the salesperson said you don't have a four wheel drive, you have a front wheel drive. I was horrified. On January 12, 2016 I called Lloyd again and said I need another car you sold me a car that isn't four wheel drive. He put me thru Mr. Major Harrison. I told him the whole story, he said not to worry the company would make it all right. I asked if he could get the Jeep Wrangler from Deacons he said he would surely try. He told me he would look into selling me a 2016 Fiat with all-wheel drive, he thought that he could put together a good deal. He would call as soon as he had information. On January 13, 14 and 15 I called him at least 2 to 3 times a day and left messages on his phone or with his assistant, There were no return calls at all. The same with Mr. Henry. January 17, 18, The dealer was closed/or the two men were not there. January 19, 2016 Found that Mr. Harrison was out of town till the 21st. Mr. Henry said he would bring a Fiat model car out to my house to see if it worked in my drive. He said he would be here at 1:00. At 2:00 I called him and he had not left and said I would be NOT be able to buy any Fiat with the features I wanted. We discussed other options and he said I should just wait till Mr. Harrison gets back on Thursday. He promised to call by back by 11. He was sure I would have information by then. He did not call. After 3 more days of waiting I went to Honda and bought a Honda CRV-X I am 81 years old and I have not been able to leave my house since January 11, 2015, I have More

Each time we have worked with Joe Walker, and each time we have been more than pleased. With my most recent lease, I had 11 months left and was very close to being over on mileage. Joe helped get me into a new lease with more upgrades and miles for nearly the same price. He made the process incredibly quick and easy. Joe even went out of his way to get the exact car I wanted from a sister dealership. We highly recommend Joe and will be leasing/buying cars from him for years to come! More

I contacted other dealers, explained my situation, and was given the "cold shoulder". Joseph was more concerned about how my day was than car sales when we spoke. He cared about me and called just to check on me before I even showed signs of buying. My hefty schedule made it difficult to come in, so he sent everything electronically and safely. A few hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to find him getting the keys for me to drive away! I feel like their only customer when I walk in and appreciate the warm, family, diverse, atmosphere.
