She took the time and consideration to help me when no one else would. She made sure that I was taken care of in every way. Even though I wanted a FIAT Suv (LOL) she made sure that I was happy with my 2013 Buick Suv with only 17,000mi, fully loaded and still have factory warrenties. She was so good I even referred her to my daughter and she left with a 2016 Volkswagen Passat 2 days later. Thanks for everything Truly grateful and blessed Vallery More
Very BAD experience & very disappointed I came there looking to buy a Beetle after being there from 11:30 am. Until closing I was told by Mr. Love that he would call me in the morning with t I came there looking to buy a Beetle after being there from 11:30 am. Until closing I was told by Mr. Love that he would call me in the morning with the great news. Mr. Love never called so I called him after I got off work & he was with another client & told me if he didn't call me back that evening he would call me first thing in the morning & guess what once again Mr. Love never called me. So I called Mr. Love a third time & he said oh you need a co signer never apologetic about at all about me & my dad spending the day there & when we left Rex from finance told me he was waiting to here from a bank In CA. & I didn't here from him nor Mr. Love on if I had the car or not. I stressed to Greg love when I walked in Ganley that I did not want my credit ran over & over because I did not want all those inquiries on my credit report cause I was trying to raise my credit score due to being off working almost three years due to having a Heart Attack & 4 months later finding out I had SLE Lupus on 34 medications a day. When Rex questioned the 60 late on my report for the Jaguar XJ8 I drove in with I told him I was in the hospital due to being in crisis from Lupus . I came there not without a car at all but also with a $ 2,000 down payment & a trade of which I still own money on. My dad can verify that I stressed several times that I did not want my credit ran over & over. I didn't know how much my credit was ran because I never received a call back from Mr. Love nor Rex from finance. I credit monitoring came into my email with an alert in large caps in red lettering saying " DAMAGiNG" and I thinking how cause I knew I only had one (1) inquiry on my report when I came into Ganley so I was in tears & devastated because I was trying after being sick for 8 years to get my credit score up & now have 24 inquiries of which 23 was cause by hard inquiries done against was I requested coming in Mr. Love's office cause he called himself the easy man & he have made & cause more stress in my life due to the horrific experience. How do you do this to me when I said I did not want my credit ran repeatedly & I explained why. How & why would Ganley do this to me when they never even called me to say yes or no . I called the corp office & they said call to speak to Michael Freedman the General Manager & I left many messages on Mr. Freedman's voicemail & he also never returned my calls. I called the Corp. office back was referred to Diane Catrufo and she never called me either after I was told by your Corp. office to start with Michael Freedman & if he didn't call within 48 hrs. to call back . Miss. Catrufo stated that they deal with issues by email so I never had the opportunity to speak with her & her email were making me feel like my experience did not matter to her at all. How is it that the Corp. office of Ganley VW , Ganley Fiat don't call when there is a very bad issue with the company . I was in tears again cause I was told to call her & again nothing happened . I was referred from there to a Steve Fever & I left 4 messages with whom ever answered the phone & they all advised me that he would call me & again he never called after I was told several times that he would. I spoke to a very rude secretary she stated she was on yesterday after waiting a Mr. Fever's call & she rudely told me to call back & speak to Jeremy Eisenberg another General Manager that is so many words interrogated me & what I had to say he made me feel like I was a liar & they was telling the truth. How can you be truthful when you never even called to say anything about if I had the car or not . Mr . Eisenberg never apologized about the fact that Mr. Love or Rex never called me back. He never reassured me that he would get to the bottom of this. How do you give permission to keep getting your credit ran when you stressed it to the sale person coming I the door. Mr. Love is being dishonest If he said that I did not say that cause my Dad can testify to the fact that I did. He even asked me do I have a co signer cause he seen my dad with me & I said no my dad is on the market to buy him a new truck soon & I don't want an inquiry on his report trying to help me get a car . I was even protecting my dad . Cause I fact is I did come in there walking & I had $2,000 to put down so pressed for a vehicle I was not . That's why I stressed the fact to not run my credit over & over. So I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this at all. I was treated very poorly & wronged by Ganley VW & Ganley Fiat. Management was even worse that the salesperson Mr. Love & Rex. I guess lower my credit due to 23 inquiries mean nothing at all. After being very ill & I try to raise my credit score Ganley cause damaging hard inquiries. Yes I signed a credit app. But I also stressed over & over not to keep running my credit & why. How was Ganley authorized to do this when they never even called me to say anything at all. Mr Love or REX never call so tell me how is this right or fair. I will never refer anyone to your company I will be writing to all I can write to about how my credit was ran when I stated that was not how I wanted it . I came in there driving so I was not that pressed at the cost of 23 unauthorized inquiries on my credit report when I can I there with "ONE" inquiry Malisa Godwin More
