When I reached out to the dealership, to speak with a finance manager, she then connected me with him to familiarize with the process and what my needs were and how he could meet them. I had a mishap the day of our appointment, but Shawn stayed on me until I made it there the next afternoon and took delivery that evening! Shawn was wonderful, as well was the business manager! Schawn was the sales rep that helped me on both of these occasions. His genuine enthusiasm is obvious, his knowledge base is solid, he's relaxed, casual, and definitely not pushy. Paul (the Fiat Manager) composed the deal/ paperwork, and was quick to answer any questions I had. He was polite, calm, and responded to my questions with rational explanation ( wich was quite the opposite of what I experienced at another dealership close by!) Thumbs up to the Finance guy..... ........... I forgot his name.....(sorry about that).......He was great as well, answering all my questions clearly and without ambiguity.
