But Mildred Savage and Wesley Baynes, turned my doubt into a reality! I left Ganley of Bedford with a new car! and a affordable down payment! and a monthly payment that fits my budget while I rebuild my credit. I love my new car, and Mildred Savage and her team stayed until the very end, well after her workday had ended. and as I sit here going over that day, how I walked in the the dealership with doubt, and drove off with my new car! O My family and I have been long time VW owners and it takes a very special salesman to match the right German engineering to the right driving style! Our daughter loves her GOLF, my husband loved our Tourarag and I loved my 2014 Tiguan so much that I recently leased a 2017 Tiguan. Joe Walker contacted me a few months before the expiration of my lease to tell me all about the brand new Atlas SUV. He invited me to an open house to view and test drive the new member of the VW family. As soon as an Atlas arrived in his stock, Joe called me that day and encouraged me to check it out. He knew that I was thinking about something bigger than a Tiguan. I drove the Atlas and enjoyed it but was worried that it wouldn't fit in my garage alongside our other cars. Joe encouraged me to drive the Atlas home to see if it fit! I did just that and discovered that the Atlas was too big...we'd be shimmying in between cars every day! Alas, when I returned the Atlas, I went straight away back to a Tiguan--a car I loved. Joe anticipated that direction and had a wonderful Tiguan all ready and waiting for me. THIS sort of customer service is impressive and refreshing...Above and beyond and then some! More

Shawn Really Wants to Help You Shawn couldn't be more helpful. He started the conversation by asking my husband and I about our current vehicles. He asked what we liked about the Shawn couldn't be more helpful. He started the conversation by asking my husband and I about our current vehicles. He asked what we liked about them. Then he asked what we were looking for in a new vehicle, especially any must-have features. This was extremely important since we were looking for a manual transmission vehicle with certain options. He showed us the vehicles in stock that had some of the features, so we could envision them. Then he and his manager searched until they found the exact car and had it transferred to their dealership. We love our car and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Thanks Schawn! More
