Thankfully, I hit the jackpot when Darren walked up to my parents and I as soon as we arrived outside of the dealership! Not only was he very welcoming, but he made the experience very simple and straightforward for someone who knows nothing about the ins and outs of getting a car, and from there I was able to make a purchase. When it finally came time to trade in my old vehicle, Darren was amazingly helpful and knowledgable about many different types of cars, not just Volkswagen. He was able to provide comparisons between vehicles and simplify pricing, features, and other things to help me make my decision. That's another reason I gave him a 5-star rating: it was MY decision, start to finish. I never felt like I was being pushed around or pressured into a decison. Darren was patient in answering my (many) questions and when I finally settled on a 2016 Honda CR-V, the paperwork was quick and painless.
