I did my homework before I actually found the vehicle that I ended up purchasing, so I knew what I wanted and Joe made sure that I got the best deal and best financing rate possible. He also accommodated my needs and requests, and never made me feel like I was just another customer or commission. In addition, my experience with his team was also very pleasant and high-quality. He made such a good impression on me at that time that I called him when it was time for me to make my purchase. I came in to the dealership the following day.
