Margaret a service advisor for Ganley supplied me with a loaner vehicle and told me she would contact me after the mechanics inspected the vehicle. I received a call the short time later and was informed that the transmission of my vehicle would need to be replaced and they already ordered a replacement from Volkswagen. A replacement transmission arrived two days later and repairs were completed in a few days. Ganley kept me informed of the progress of my repairs and I received the car back in less than a week total. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I received it and I was impressed with the speed of the repairs and the courtesy of all the people involved at Ganley Volkswagen. I have also received several follow-up calls since receiving my repaired vehicle ensuring that all repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
