The worst service I ever received at a dealer. I’m used to maintenance packages covering everything on a fairly new car. Not so, we had to pay for a our wheels to be rotated. Awesome experience and very easy to work with! Joe Walker and Patrick Mace worked with me to get the best deal on a beautiful Tiguan! I had been to 6 other car dealers (2 Toyata, 2 Subaru, 1 Hond Joe Walker and Patrick Mace worked with me to get the best deal on a beautiful Tiguan! I had been to 6 other car dealers (2 Toyata, 2 Subaru, 1 Honda, 1 Kia), and not one of them were willing to help me get a lease for what I could afford. Terrible Brought car in for microswitch recall. Was told it would take an hour , sat there the guy next to me had a brake job and microswitch done in 2 hrs. I Brought car in for microswitch recall. Was told it would take an hour , sat there the guy next to me had a brake job and microswitch done in 2 hrs. I was there 3 1/2 hrs. and nobody even let me know what was going on till I became upset and asked myself. At that point it seems my car wasn't even started yet. When finished got the car home and found that the rear window defogger didn't work neither did the heated seats. Brought it back on 3/13/20 was given a loaner and told they would call when finished. Well I called on 3/16/20 and was told they could not find anything on my car even being there, was put on hold and then told car was done. Got home checked paperwork and found that the car was done on 3/13/20. WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL ME !!! Love the car but would never consider buying another from Ganley. SORRY !!! More

Service was needed because work done prior was done incorrectly causing $2000 in damage. Very dissatisfied with service! Brought my 2019 Atlas in for service with an issue with noise on the front end. Service department could not resolve the issue and didn't take the time to try. They simply ga for service with an issue with noise on the front end. Service department could not resolve the issue and didn't take the time to try. They simply gave me car back and problem still exist. Also, experience another issue trying to use an additional warranty I purchased for my rims. Additional warranties never work they way the sales manager explain them when they sell it to you. Been a VW owner for a while and now I'm considering another company. More
