Very dissatisfied with service! Brought my 2019 Atlas in for service with an issue with noise on the front end. Service department could not resolve the issue and didn't take the time to try. They simply ga for service with an issue with noise on the front end. Service department could not resolve the issue and didn't take the time to try. They simply gave me car back and problem still exist. Also, experience another issue trying to use an additional warranty I purchased for my rims. Additional warranties never work they way the sales manager explain them when they sell it to you. Been a VW owner for a while and now I'm considering another company. More

They told me it would take 15-20 minutes to reprogram keys, and scheduled an appointment for 11 AM. At 11:45, I asked how much longer and my car had not even been driven into the service center yet. I didn't leave until after 1. They offered no apology, explanation, or monetary consolation. I will not be going back. More

i was mislead, inconvenienced, & unhappy.
