Dealership is a friendly, no pressure, safe atmosphere. Wayne was a wonderful salesman. Funny and easy to connect with. Again no high pressure for a sale. Terrible. Just terrible. Do not buy a car here. The service is the worst. People are great and so was the salseman though. I had issues with my 2016 golf and it was a nightmare to get a rental. I spent 18 thousand on a car and had issues after 3 months, then they make it seem like I am the inconvenience. I just took my car in a few days ago for an oil change. My battery is low on my key fob. The offerd to replace it. What I didn't know is they wanted 12 bucks for the battery and 11 dollars in labor? 11 dollars in labor? To pop off the back of my fob and put it back in? Talk about taking advantage of your customers. I figured this would be free or maybe 5 bucks. I can get a 2 pack of those for 4 dollars in the store and change it between leaving the store and getting to my car. Ganley north olmsted is where its at. I bought my first vw there and they were great. They would fill my tank and wash my car. This place in Bedford does none of that. They ruined the vw experience for me and I will not be getting another. More

I like the salesman greg love very efficient and knowledgeable about the cars and products! 3 weeks and dont have my 2nd key, sales guy very inexpierienced and car was not clean on inside and once i drove off they didnt seem to care about finding my key or finishing there part of the deal inexpierienced and car was not clean on inside and once i drove off they didnt seem to care about finding my key or finishing there part of the deal until i got ahold of the used sales manager who i didnt originally deal with since my car is new. The used manager named joe actually seemed concerned about getting my key ordered and wanted to make sure i was happy. I would deal with him but Ill most likely never buy a new car from there again. More
