The prices are RIDICULOUSLY high.. After the technician insulted my vehical, he then tried to charge me 2 days work for the same result he found the first day. He actually refused to work on it, which was insulted my vehical, he then tried to charge me 2 days work for the same result he found the first day. He actually refused to work on it, which was absolutely RUDE! I only gave one star because they replaced 1 thing out of 10 issues I had with my vehical. The service guy was very helpful tho under the circumstances, so I gave him 5 stars cuz he himself deserved it. The technician made me never want to come back. More

Waited 7-10 days for a r ecalled part to be ordered. Another 7 days for an appointment. I took my car in on Tues Jun23 and eas c alled in just a few hours. On Wed. Came in for my 10,000 mile service, which was provided at no cost. The work was done promptly, my car was kept clean and sanitary, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed with service technicians not the reps. I only bring my car to dealership for service and when you feel you can’t trust the word of the techs, I’m done.
