I took 2004 vw bug convertible in for help with the roof, something they assured me they were equipped to handle. They ended up charging me $1200 for a diagnostic that took more than a week and then presente something they assured me they were equipped to handle. They ended up charging me $1200 for a diagnostic that took more than a week and then presented me with an estimate greater than $6,000 to replace the whole roof. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic who reset the electronics in a day and charged me $100. It's worked prefectly for weeks. Never again will I go to a ganley run dealer. More
