I took my car in for an electrical issue and explained it the service person and all I received were okays. He called later and said this is an issue we have a lot but not sure how to solve it. This is a 2013 car not 2020 they should know how to solve it since they have come across it before or should have told me before I wasted my time coming in there to drop off my car. Then they have the nerve to ask me to pay for something that could have not been resolved over the phone. I felt like I was talking a foreign language to them and all they said is I could replace a $350 part and it may or may not help the problem. So my question was in the last 7 years has this worked and they have no idea and told me these are electrical issues not mechanical as if that makes a difference to me how about hiring an electrician if your service staff does not know how to fix the issues of a 7 year old car I would think they have had 7 years to learn how to fix them. I now see you have a home service was not offered and was told no rentals either. I will never come back here ever again More
