Came in to try and locate the reason for my coolant light continues to cone on and the problem was finally located. The part happen to be in stock but since it was a Saturday was given a rental to continue m continues to cone on and the problem was finally located. The part happen to be in stock but since it was a Saturday was given a rental to continue my day and was informed that truck might be finished the same day but if not definitely on Monday. The tech actually got to the truck and finished same day and I was able to pick the truck up after a few hours. Shelby kept me up to date the entire time. More

Arrived to pickup my car after $3500 worth of maintenance at 5:57pm (spoke to service desk less than 30 minutes before to state that I would be there that day before 6pm). Entire service department was alrea at 5:57pm (spoke to service desk less than 30 minutes before to state that I would be there that day before 6pm). Entire service department was already gone. My car was left out front, unlocked. The Sales people were super helpful, contacted management to figure out where the keys and paperwork were so I was able to get my car. I would have picked the car up sooner but they were late getting back to me with a pick up time. Shelby had my phone number (prior texts and phone calls), so it is not clear why no one called before ghosting early. Would not recommend. More
